A pharmacist died due to torture by Kurdish self-management forces in Hasaka governorate on February 20.

Mohammad Khair al Khlaif, a pharmacist, from Tal Allo al Bailoniya village in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, born in 1980, arrested by self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from his workplace in al Qamishli city 2 months ago. He died due to torture in their detention center and his dead body handed over to his family on February 20, 2017.
محمد خير الخليف، صيدلاني، من أبناء قرية تل علو البيلونية بريف محافظة الحسكة الشمالي، من مواليد عام 1980، اعتقلته قوات الإدارة الذاتية (بشكل رئيس قوات حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي- فرع حزب العمال الكردستاني) من مقر عمله في مدينة القامشلي منذ قرابة شهرين، توفي بسبب التعذيب داخل أحد مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة لها وتم تسليم جثمانه لذويه في 20 شباط 2017.
