طارق عوض عبد الباقي، سائق سيارة إسعاف، من أبناء بلدة محمبل بمحافظة إدلب، يبلغ من العمر 50 عاماً، توفي جراء قصف الطيران الحربي الحكومي (حلفاؤه) بالصواريخ على مشفى الأمل الجراحي في بلدة ملس بمحافظة إدلب، في 6 آب 2016.
