Government forces are attacking Al Suwaida Central Prison in Al Suwaida governorate, and they are firing guns and tear gas on the detainees in an attempt to break their strike, no less than 10 detainees wounded and 2 severely injured, August 5, 2016, the Syrian Network for Human Rights still unable to determine the final toll of the victims up till publishing the news.
القوات الحكومية تهاجم سجن السويداء المركزي بمحافظة السويداء، وتطلق الرصاص والقنابل المسيلة للدموع على المعتقلين في محاولة لفك استعصاءهم، ماتسبب بإصابة مالا يقل عن عشرة معتقلين بجراح، اثنين منهم بحالة خطرة، في 5 آب 2016، لم يتسنّ للشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان التحقق من الحصيلة النهائية للضحايا حتى لحظة نشر الخبر.
