الشبكة السورية : في 3 أيار 2015، ألقى الطيران المروحي الحكومي قنبلة برميلية على معهد التنمية والمعرفة بحي سيف الدولة في حلب، ما أدى إلى مقتل 8 أشخاص، بينهم 4 أطفال، وإصابة أشخاص عدة بجراح، باﻹضافة إلى أضرار مادية بالمبنى.
