Civilians arrested by government forces in Al-Fayha neighborhood in Hama governorate on February 19

SNHR: On 19 February, 2015, government forces carried out a raid and arresting campaign in Hama – Al-Fayha neighborhood, the arrest of three civilians was documented and they were taken to an undisclosed place.
