Civilians arrested by government forces in Al-Aziziya neighborhood in Al-Hassaka governorate on January 28

SNHR: on 28 January, government forces carried out a raid and arresting campaign in Al-Hassaka – Al-Aziziya neighborhood. Nine cases where civilians were arrested were documented.
